Dont be in a hurry to log on to the internet Compose your emails and replies offline, even messages & scraps Better still review your offline messages after a gap of few mins or may be hours before sending them online. This can give you additional ideas and help make corrections too in your replies Don't hurry even after you log on and come online It is a good idea soon after logging on, to move out the chair for a glass of water. That will in all probability avoid that beginning few seconds of over-enthusiasm which drains a lot of energy that you may need for your online work Don't reply spontaneously atleast not to the non-urgent messages Plan how to spend time online It is nice to make a plan of things in order of priority to do online divided in fixed time-sets of 15 mins each Strictly adhere to your plan. With such a method ,at the end of the day one completes many things online in a better way than getting entangled online in one thing of less priority! Sometimes the internet speed might not be according to your expectation,so be patient If some work or study cant be done online at a particular time, you can do it say after an hour Take breaks Think of some other thing or just switch off and take a nap to relax & refresh If there is a reading material which has to be gone through then copy and paste it to a text file to read it offline because even though net has become very cheap to use it is like a meter running every minute or like a pressure cooker. Also Through net many persons may be lurking into your online activities for advertising etc. It is a nice idea to give break to the comp also rather than keeping it booted and inactive! -Conceived by Dr.Sunil Vaswani |
